液压系统蓄能器发热的原因?

按发热原因可分为两类:

一类是由于设计的原因造成的发热;

一类是由于液压元件故障或使用不当的原因,造成的发热。

显然,发热原因不同,其排除方法也不一样。

液压油的油号选用不当,可能造成液压系统的发热所选液压油在油温较低时,系统正常工作,但系统工作一段时间后,油温升高,液压油黏度下降,造成系统内部泄漏增加,伴随泄漏的增加更促使了油温的上升,形成油温的恶性循环。

解决的方法是:根据系统的负载及正常工作温度要求,选择合适黏度的液压油。

油箱设计不合理,使液压系统散热效果降低系统发热油箱的主要功能是储存液压油,但它同时兼有散热、沉淀杂质、分离水分的作用。

蓄能器在液压系统中,可以储存能量,用于短期大量供油,或用于系统保压时补充泄漏,或用于减缓压力波动。

The unreasonable design of the oil tank reduces the heat dissipation effect of the hydraulic system. The main function of the system heating oil tank is to store hydraulic oil, but it also plays the role of heat dissipation, precipitation of impurities and separation of water.

In the hydraulic system, the accumulator can store energy for short-term large oil supply, supplement leakage when the system is maintaining pressure, or slow down pressure fluctuation.
