气囊武蓄能器压力下降严重,经常需要补气。气囊式蓄能器的皮囊的充气阀为单向阀形式,靠密封锥面密封。
当蓄能器在工作过程中受到震动时,有可能使阀芯松动,使密封锥面不密合,导致漏气。阀芯锥面上拉有沟槽,或者锥面上黏有污物,均可能导致漏气。
此时可在充气阀的密封盖内垫入厚3mm左右的硬橡胶垫,以及采取修磨密封锥面使之密合等措施解决。
蓄能器不起作用产生原因主要是气阀漏气严重、皮囊内根本无氮气以及皮囊破损进油。
排除办法是检查气阀的气密性。发现泄气,应加强密封,并加补氮气;若气阀处泄油,则很可能是皮囊破裂,应予以更换。
吸收压力脉动的效果差,为了更好地发挥蓄能器对脉动压力的吸收作用,蓄能器与主管路分支点的连接管道要短,通径要适当大些,并要安装在靠近脉动源的位置。否则,它消除压力脉动的效果就差,有时甚至会加剧压力脉动。

The main reasons for the failure of the accumulator are serious air leakage of the air valve, no nitrogen in the leather bag and oil inlet due to the damage of the leather bag.
The solution is to check the air tightness of the air valve. In case of air leakage, strengthen the sealing and add nitrogen; If there is oil leakage at the air valve, it is likely that the skin bag is broken and should be replaced.
The effect of absorbing pressure pulsation is poor. In order to give better play to the absorption of pulsating pressure by the accumulator, the connecting pipe between the accumulator and the branch point of the main pipeline should be short, the diameter should be appropriately larger, and should be installed near the pulsation source. Otherwise, its effect of eliminating pressure pulsation is poor, and sometimes it will even aggravate pressure pulsation.
